Anita Cowan

Director of Community Partnerships

Hi, I’m Anita Cowan, I like holding hands and going for long walks on the beach.  I also like watching romantic comedies while cuddling…oh wait, wrong profile.

I’ve worked in Broadcast Media here in Northwest Arkansas for over 25 years as the Marketing, Promotions and Events Director for 10 Radio stations in two markets, where I created many great events such as the World’s Largest Baby Shower, Wingfest and the New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball. I truly feel blessed to live in Fayetteville.   I love the people, the trails and the natural beauty our area has to offer. I enjoy hanging out with my friends, riding my bicycle, gardening, cooking and recently became certified to teach yoga. I’m excited to be a part of the Community Creative Center.  My son and I have enjoyed taking art classes at the Center and now I’m part of the team! You can contact Anita at:
