Frequently Asked Questions

How do I Register for a Class?

On the class page, identify your preferred class and click the “Add to Cart” button or “Select Option” for classes with more than one choice. You will be taken to the product page where you can add the class to your cart. You will then be given the option to shop more or proceed to checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You may order as a guest, but there will be occassional savings and special deals for membership holders so you may consider opening a membership to take advantage of them.

Can I sign my child up for an adult class?

If there is an age limit on the class, we ask that you do not sign up your child who is not old enough for the class. If your child is close to the age limit or if you have questions about this, please contact Jessica@communitycreativecenter.org for more information.

What are your hours?

Regular operating hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. If you are enrolled in an evening class or weekend workshop, you will receive an email prior to your class with instructions for how to get into the building. For open studio hours, check out the open studio page and to schedule a pickup outside of our regular hours, please contact our admin office at 479-571-2706.

I want to sign up for a class but I can’t afford it right now. Do you have any low-cost or free options?

At CCC, we strive to be able to provide amazing art experiences to everybody in the community. If you need financial assistance, please fill out our scholarship application.

What is your refund policy?

Class registrations are nonrefundable.  However, we understand that plans can change and we will work with you to reschedule the next available class or put your enrollment fees on account for future purchases. Please contact the administrative office at 479-571-2706 for more information.

When can I pick up my fired clay or glass pieces?

It can take about 2 weeks for clay or glass pieces to make it through our kilns. We appreciate your patience and will contact you when your pieces are ready to be picked up!

I missed a class, is there a way to make up time missed?

If you had to miss a class for any reason, you can refer to your syllabus about what was covered in that class as well as open studio hours to come in and practice or finish your work. You are more than welcome to ask your teacher at the next class.

My child will be attending camp all day. Do you provide lunch?

– We provide snacks during both morning and afternoon camps. However, campers will need to bring a sack lunch for the supervised lunch period. If your child has any dietary restrictions please let staff know.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We provide options to use PayPal or most credit cards. During your checkout, you will have the option to choose payment with PayPal or payment directly with your credit card of choice. If you prefer to pay directly at the CCC office, you will always be able to do that in person during normal business hours. 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes, purchasing any of our classes or events online is safe. Our online payment options are secure, and we never share private information of any kind, as noted in our Privacy Policy.
